This rock-solid foundation is not only incredibly strong but also fast to install, allowing us to build efficiently with minimal disruption.

Another bonus? The site doesn’t need to be perfectly level. Our timber frame floor sits securely on top, never in direct contact with the ground—keeping your cabin dry, stable, and built to last.
02 Constructing walls with insulation
Built for Comfort, All Year Round
Our cabins are designed for superior insulation and durability. We use high-quality, treated structural timber and a dual-layer insulation system to keep your space warm in winter and cool in summer.

Inside, walls are plaster boarded and smoothly finished, while the exterior features a breathable membrane, air gap, and your choice of cladding for both protection and style.

We source all our windows, doors, and roof lanterns from trusted UK manufacturers, ensuring they meet building regulations and FENSA standards for quality and energy efficiency.

But we go further—because timber frame buildings require extra strength, all our frames are steel-reinforced, providing

04 Roofing

We use a single-sheet EPDM rubber roofing system, installed by certified professionals and backed by a 35-year guarantee for ultimate durability.

05 Electrics
We only use fully qualified electricians and you will be provided with a “Part P” certification (safety certification). The style of lighting and sockets is completely up to you we install white, brushed steel or black as standard although there are many other options on the market and we are happy to fit anything that complies with UK regulations.
