We construct each wall, roof and interior partition on site.
Rubber membrane will seal the roof and breathable damp proof membrane will seal the walls.
Fensa Certified window fitter will install the customised double glazed units and lanterns.
From underfloor heating , electrics, internet cable connection and interior decorating, the level of finishing is up to you.

Planning Permission Service
Most of our buildings do not require planning permission as they fall under permitted development legislation, there are a few stipulations around the size and location of the building and its intended use. Should your building require planning permission we can supply you with the necessary documentation upon receipt of a deposit. In the unlikely event planning is refused the deposit would be refundable. We do not change additional fees for our planning application service.
