This home office is 3 x 6.5 meters and falls within the permitted development regulations so no planning permission was required. It comprises of garden storage with a concealed door, an office and breakout space along with a WC. This cabin is heated with wall mounted radiator.
This customer chose the Canadian western red cedar clad vertically with a 3 meter wide set of aluminium bifold doors. The decking is a sustainably sourced hardwood. They also elected to have a concealed door for there garden storage, can you spot the door in this photo?
The main cabin has an engineered hard wood floor, and has been furnished with a sofa bed and spacious office area for two people.
Our customer also requested a WC with a hand basin. due to the cabin being at a much lower level than the mains drainage we had to install a lifting station.
